Skills:

• At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry, with at least 3 years in sales team management.
• Good knowledge of the Egyptian real estate market.

• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work under pressure.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to achieve goals.
• Good knowledge of technology.
• Ability to use sales and marketing software.
• Ability to build and manage client relationships.
• Ability to solve problems.
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Experience in sales project management.
• Experience in using CRM software.
• Experience in managing supplier relationships.
• Experience in budget management.
• Experience in training and development.
